Financial Planning and Investment Management

Financial planning builds the structure. Investment management funds it. Most people start with one, and some use both. Crystal Oak is a fee-based fiduciary firm in Rogers, Arkansas, and we will help you land on the right fit during a free first meeting.

What we do

Two services, offered together or on their own.

Neither one requires the other. What matters is which problem you are actually trying to solve right now.

Financial Planning

A strategic plan, and someone who holds you to it.

Three pieces, sixteen topics, and a structure that tells you which ones matter now and which can wait. Not every topic needs immediate action, and some may never apply to you. Available as a one time plan, an ongoing partnership, or hourly for a single question.

$4,000 to $10,000 one time · $200 a month ongoing · $100 an hour

Investment Management

Disciplined investing, built around the plan it serves.

Diversified portfolios built around your goals and objectives with taxes and fees in mind. Discretionary management tiered by assets. No account minimum and available on its own or in addition to financial planning.

Starts at 0.80% of assets under management · No account minimum

How we start

Educate. Plan. Hold you to it.

Both services share the same starting point and quarterly rhythm. They differ in one meeting in the middle based on the service you chose.

Step one

Understanding your situation, exploring the solutions we offer, and creating the framework for how an engagement with us would work. No commitment, no pressure.

Step two

Onboarding

Up to 1.5 hours

Agreements and account paperwork, your client portal established, and the discovery work that makes real advice possible: goals, assets, cashflows, risks, and taxes.

Step three

Step four

Check in

About a month later

Confirming everything landed the way we planned. Addressing any questions once you see it live rather than on paper.

Ongoing

Quarterly Strategy Meetings

Every three months

The accountability rhythm. Timely topics, progress toward your goals, your working document updated, and whatever has come due since we last spoke.

The full detail of each path sits on its own page: financial planning or investment management.

Not sure which one you need?

That is what the first meeting is for. Forty five minutes. No cost. No commitment. If neither service fits your situation, we will tell you that too.
