Paul Schuder Jr., CFP®
Founder of Crystal Oak Wealth Management, a fee-based fiduciary firm in Rogers, Arkansas. Paul built the firm around a simple idea: people make better financial decisions when they truly understand their options.
Community focused. Education driven.
Paul Schuder Jr. developed his passion for financial planning at Texas A&M University. He earned a B.S. in Agricultural Economics with a minor in Financial Planning in 2018. Much of what he learned in the classroom allowed him to sit for the CFP® exam upon graduation. Paul quickly came to realize the tools and the strategies that quietly decide how a plan turns out, were things most people had never been shown.
That gap is what set the direction. While on campus he served in leadership with the Financial Planning Student Association and worked as a peer advisor in the Money Education Center. The financial literacy workshops he led is where the vocation of teaching people about their own money began. Providing clarity is what the firm is built on.
He earned his CFP® certification in 2020 while working with S. Harris Financial Group under the Raymond James umbrella. He went on to work with Hightower Advisors, where he learned how the major firms operate and, just as usefully, where they fall short for everyday clients.
In 2025, he founded Crystal Oak Wealth Management as an independent, fee-based, Registered Investment Advisor. The firm’s guiding principles are accountability, community, education, and respect.
Paul relocated to Northwest Arkansas to build something meaningful in one of the fastest growing areas of the country. He serves on the Aggie Planner Advisory Board and stays active in the local networking circuit. To see how that shapes the planning and investment approach, visit the About page.
